How do I cancel or change a booking?

Go to My Bookings, select the booking, and click Manage. Cancellation policies vary by activity — the applicable policy is shown at checkout.

When will I receive my booking confirmation?

Most bookings confirm instantly. You'll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. For some activities, confirmation may take up to 24 hours.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How long does visa processing take?

Processing times vary by destination. The estimated range is shown on each visa page before you apply. We'll send you real-time updates throughout.

What happens if my visa is denied?

We'll notify you immediately and explain the reason where possible. Government visa fees are non-refundable, but our service fee will be refunded in full.

Can I track my visa application?

Yes — log into your account and go to My Visas to see live status updates for each application.

How do I reset my password?

Click Log in, then Forgot password. Enter your email and we'll send a reset link within a minute.

Can I use Trippatron without creating an account?

You can browse without an account, but bookings and visa applications require an account so we can send you confirmations and updates.
